Smartkey landlord locks are expensive to install (the landlord version has a master control key for landlord maintenance and a tenant key which can be easily re-keyed between tenants or for lost keys); I explain the system to every tenant at move-in and my lease prohibits the changing of smart key locks.

An App would be great, the desktop version on mobile(Samsung for me) isn't terrible but it's definitely not perfect.

I don't see a way for Quicken to account for that.I'm a couple years behind the most recent version so things might be better in the latest edition.

I have a Samsung Smart Things hub ($65 version) and have had 0 issues setting new keypad codes on the Kwikset locks but the more expensive Schlage lock constantly errors out. 

You're supposed to use the business version of PayPal and Venmo and pay transaction fees.
