Hi, I am looking for some new sources of free house plans to inspire a new build I am about to partake.

I show up on renovation jobs and work for a while with my crews...some like it, some hate it but I enjoy it AND I get to inspire some of them, get to know them and they often work better knowing that I am no afraid to roll up my sleeves and get 'er done.A lot of us trash "gurus" and "turn-keys" and we do it for the same reasons...what do they truly offer.

If you could share details on what kind of deals these are and on average what do the numbers look like, that would inspire many of us to look harder. 

The position of F#$& You as portrayed in The Gambler by John Goodman's character continues to inspire me.

Robert Kiyosaki may or may not be credible to you, but his books have inspired a lot of investors to change their mindset and take the next step. 

And just for the inspiration to keep going until I have financial freedom.

Jury is out on lifespan of CPVC or Pex plumbing, and things like sharkbite fittings do not inspire confidence long term.
