Investor from Calofornia
I just wanted to quickly introduce myself.
My name is William currently living in San Diego. I have been a small investor landlord for about 12 years. I had a 2 houses on one lot deal in San Diego l sold it for 888,000 and bought a 6 unit in Chicago about 320,000. Its about a block off of Jackson Park where the obama Library is going to be built. I am Putting about 150000 into it. It should get north of 8,000 a month when finished whereas the duplex in san diego only brought in 5,000 a month. Anyways, I joined bigger pockets for advice and knowledge. And just for the inspiration to keep going until I have financial freedom.
