Fully renovated the project from top to bottom- renovated both bathrooms and turned one into a master bathroom- added LED throughout - expanded the master bedroom- added an island and converted the stove from electric to gas- replaced the roof- replaced all windows- added a deck and new fence - finished the basement and took the house from a 2/2 to a 5/2- added concreted steps that lead to the front door- full exterior paint- added 4 egress windows- and much more!!

I probably would stay away from air bnb since I’m in a condo community on the second floor and might get complaints...

Floors are laminate so there's always room in the future to put in hardwood but the house is clean and any updates would be more on the aesthetic side.

Ground floor/basement portion floor has a noticeable dip in the floor and wall.

I recommend that cast iron pipe under a concrete slab be replaced and not repaired.

Go ahead and buy an ugly duckling that needs only a bit of work-maybe some painting, change the flooring in one room. 

One article states that they are not service dogs and do not qualify under ADA and then another says they fall under the fair housing act and landlords must allow (albeit that is for long term housing and this is not) but I can't seem to find a concrete answer on this.I do not want the dog, especially one that will shed (yes I know they don't shed like a lab) and is a newly acquired puppy at my cabin.  

Next time, I would not remodel a home without at least 3 bedrooms being above grade (main floor or attic).

I think it'll need roof work, basement work (possible mold remediation), driveway needs concrete work, and general upgrades throughout.Looking for a reliable General Contract (GC) who's interested in taking on a fairly big project.After renovating, our plan is to sell.

Most need to be redone and it is a solid concrete construction building.
