I am interested in starting again, but I lack some information that will help close out my first deal. when I was doing wholesalers, I had couple seller leads such as; foreclosures, short sales, and one regular lead, but I didnt know what approach to take to get the ball rolling.

Another foreclosure through the VA, This is where my realtor dropped so many balls......So, he got the termite inspections 2 day late from my DD date. 

I’ll get the ball rolling with this one: 1.Accepting reoccurring Credit Card payments for rent.

You're talking loans with balloon payments and refinancing which is a different ball of wax.It's been a long day and I'm just not picking up what you're putting down so I'll bow out.

Now Im mentally ready to get the ball rolling towards my financial freedom.

Hey bigger pockets new member I've have my profile for awhile but first time posting.Just moved to salt lake for Southern California and I'm looking to get in and learn about wholesaling and flipping/investing I'm new to all of but I've always had an interest in real estate every job I've had a always find myself coming back to think about it and I feel it's finally the time to take the steps into getting the ball rolling and make something happen and gain financial freedom and time with my family so any advice anybody has to give I am more then willing to except it.

My husband and I are ready to get the ball rolling and start investing in buy and hold rentals, and while we've been listening to the podcast and reading articles/books, blogs, etc. for a few years now, we still have SO many questions.

I will be issuing the pay or quit notice this week to get the ball rolling.
