Should I find a deal or funding first?
Hello everyone. Im new to the world of real estate investing. I've been researching and gathering as much information as possible over the last 9 months before I jump into it. Now Im mentally ready to get the ball rolling towards my financial freedom. I recently formed an LLC to purchase properties under and now I'm looking to find my first property to flip, however I'm not sure where I should start. Should I look for a deal first or do I look for funding first?
