I know there are investors that keep each property in an LLC and pay virtually zero taxes.

There are also a few (now virtual) meet-ups across the state.

Trex like products are virtually maintenance free.   

Im open to any suggestions...websites, lists, virtual assistants, apps, cold calling, knocking on doors...whatever it may be.

Hello TJ,This is one of those instances where having a virtual assistant company on hand would be great.

We were able to use a virtual notary service for the POA, which worked well for all parties in the deal.
