Is CA a good Wholesaling State?

Hi guys! I’ve been dabbling in interests in real estate and so far wholesaling seems like a good way to get my feet wet. I’ve been reading and listening to wholesale gurus and I’m aware that I don’t have to wholesale in my backyard, that I can wholesale virtually. Long term I want to invest in rental properties for passive income, etc. Is CA a good state to wholesale properties? Also any tips are welcomed. I’m a student trying to learn as much as possible so that I have enough courage to take my first step.
