Diversification can be helpful but only if you build the proper teams in each place.

I know my goals align with trying to build generational wealth for my family and trying to create my own real estate business that helps support my family/friends in whatever goals they want to accomplish.

My loan officer agreed that providing a lease agreement before closing will help, but I also need to provide a solid reason for why we are downsizing to this extent.What reasons can I give for making such a significant downsize?

I've been pre-approved and assume I should provide that info, but what else would be helpful that I can send right away during the "interview" process to prove I am seriously looking?
