I can't stress this point enough. 

She is so stressed out with the situation that she decided to stay with a friend temporarily (starting last week), she plans to continue to pay the rent so that her credit does not get damaged.  

Once you have a group that you can trust it makes the flipping process so much less stressful.

It’s exciting to have these options but a bit stressful trying to make sure I pick the right one :) that calculator would be super helpful if you wouldn’t mind sharing! 

.-- Some make you go to every length of the law to get them out, making you incur expense (and for some owners) great stress (those who will face homelessness seem to do this--ie. not another rental for them, but couch surfing at a relatives, or in the street in a cardboard box in the snow and rain).Most just move out, but some will create damage to the unit (what they consider revenge) because they have that type of personality.

Skills and types of capital brought to the table can be different of course, but if the other things aren't in alignment it will implode and cause way more stress than good.

I would stress the importance of this to you cleaners - or get new cleaners.   

If so it will lower your stress to know the worst case.So other areas to check:1.
