Take several photo's and send to city inspector of what you have observed.Similar situations regarding massage clients coming to apartments or other types of home based business is not zoned, and should be reported, it causes undue traffic of people, and it's not legal if it's not zoned for this type of business.

I get emails about three or four times a week with photos of 3 to 10 properties various wholesalers are offering at that time.I noticed immediately that every wholesaler (about a half dozen to this point) are offering the same exact properties.

I hope you're making the shift due to preferences and not desperation and frustration.If the latter, the issue(s) may very well be be the way you market and a fubdamental understanding of markets, segments, niches and how to reach them.Really, I'm not trying yo insult your intelligence; merely raise awareness of the potential to unlock the real business that you are in...marketing and satisfying customers (whether called clients, consumers, users or patients).
