Is there any specific niche of investing that you're looking to learn about?   

Go to local clue meetings to network and find people that become your friends or mentors.Learning about your niche and market selections are critical.  

I think we bring a unique perspective and have a lot to offer the building community so it's encouraging.

Try looking a niche markets, and farther out of LA.

My new niche is 2B/2B garden style condo within a good school district, low crime, great community amenities and finally, cash flowing properties.

People will buy the bungalows knock them down and build nice homes that are almost 4000 sq ft in size.( i know this investor made around 300k on that property- andI know the toronto market is very unique and not to expect that as an average ) I also like seeing some bungalows that get completely gutted and renovated.
