My husband and I have been studying, talking and dreaming about real estate so quite some time and have decided to come to Bigger Pockets for more education and possibly some networking prospects.

Remember you need to maintain each entity separately to truly get the protection (i.e. separate record and bookkeeping, separate checking accounts, etc.)

Not something I would be able to tell someone study X to understand Y.

When I started learning real estate I was working OT learning Real Estate, studying, reading, thinking... around 60 hours a week. 

We hope to maintain long term acquisitions and build profitable relationships with both ends of our business, both tenant and lenders.

I will definitely have to study up on the due diligence required for both the tax deed side and the trustee foreclosure side of the auction house. 

It seems they just want to be done with the headache or don't have the means to maintain.

So, I've spent the year studying, reading, talking, sitting in on various guru's pitches, etc., and trying to figure out who I am as an investor.
