It's to get tons of people (ants) to go out and scrub properties in the hopes that they find some good ones the seminar teacher can partner up on and make money.They know from experience finding the deal is a time suck so they want to use grunts to do it.I find deals for commercial clients but also usually making six figures per deal for my time so worth it for me.
