Skill level will eventually increase and conversion rates will rise, but the best focus is quantity in the beginning.Once we get a few deals under contract, we will cherry pick the flips that make the most sense for us based on experience level (what we can confidently handle) and profit margin.

@Wilson Churchill,You could try using the fitting that's a slightly too small, use your tube cutter to crimp it down, then soft-solder it to seal the joint.

Not so much.... unless you're exceptionally good at multi-tasking and can negotiate with buyers / sellers / investors, etc. while doing demo, framing out walls, putting up drywall, painting, etc.You should also consider your own skills, licensure, etc. versus professionals in the skilled trades and other occupations (attorneys, accountants, property managers, etc.).My $0.02...
