In an S-corp and in an LLC treated as an S-corp, you only pay the social security and medicare taxes on the salary you are paid by the business.

At best, this agent is incompetent and engages in ongoing marketing because she is unable to retain solid referrals.We can disagree about the nuances of the ARV and financials but anyone that explicity states they would refuse even if "paid by the hour" is not operating from a standpoint of reason.While her underlying contention was the structure guaranteed no income she even rejects the polar opposite.Robert, this isn't unhappiness but rather open hostility.
