Even though they are not required to do so, I’m sure the Volusia county clerk of site that leads you to the online auction cautions you that you may not receive clear title, you should consult an attorney, do your own research, etc. just like the other FL county sites do.

I know we have access to public prices for residential real estate, does anyone have a site for commercial in Ontario specifically??

No major cracking or other warning signs that I could see, there are tenants safely living in the house, and the TISH was pretty clean (although it did mention the sloping floors).
