Hello, I am looking to rent a single family in MA. 

For what they charge I could hire locally to single mothers and other struggling people in my community.I need advice on moving forward.

That seems strange that they could somehow include that when, as mentioned by others, we have the threat of fires from so many other household products as well.

Good afternoon.I've been unable to find tenants for a single family property in Philadelphia's Wynnefield section. 

By my calcs, the OP should be able to drive some positive free cash flow (and mid-single digit earned ROI) with total rents of about $3400 (assuming a total basis of $453k). 

I have a construction back ground so right now I am using the Brrrr method and plan on moving from single family to multi-family. 

Don't ever worry this much about a single prospect (not even a lead).

Most singles in my area sell better than multiple duplexes on one tax lot.

I believe Birmingham is currently a great place to get involved with single family real estate investing.
