Having several hours to think about this in my half-awake/half-asleep state...I'm ready to reply.I'd like to say upfront that nothing I'll say is meant to be insulting, but more as a critique and to provide feedback from my years of working directly for and directly with Property Managers.

During screening of tenants, the applicants start claiming they have several service dogs.

We’ll be registering our LLC in KY any day now.we already have a business account setup; and we already have several connections for contractors and realtors (for the first flip we’ll do much work ourselves, as we’re both pretty handy). 

We found several small multi family buildings (2 triplexes and a duplex) on the MLS.

We have spent several months investing in our financial education.

I’d tell you to try and partner with someone else but that too is a challenge if you don’t have several years of experience.Try and save $5000 up and get a few good friends to save $5000.

He would not be paying the bills but his 90 year old mother, who lives several states away, would be paying all of the bills.

We have gotten probably a dozen or so requests to tour the property -- several showed up, others never did.
