http://www.kwikset.com/smartsecurity/re-key-techno...I just look on eBay for "builder packs" - 10 locks in cardboard boxes instead of retail bubble-packs..I've scored them as low as $10 a lock -  I key everything the same myself - if you goof up, there's a video on YouTube showing how to re-key a borked setup (only done it twice so far), and there's also a $3 tool to flip the lock cylinder so the keys all go in the same way..

While doing my research for HELOC I came across PNC they offer 2 versions under HELOChttps://www.pnc.com/en/personal-banking/borrowing/...HELOC Loan (one time loan, payments start immediate, must start process again if you need another & HELOC Line of Credit (10yr draw period, followed by 30yr payment period) some HELOC only allow you to draw a certain number of timesJust make sure you do your due diligence and not all HELOCs are the same@James Masotti Thank you for the different LLCs option to ask my CPA.

I believe there are different Heloc's out there but under normal circumstances paying down any amount on a Heloc, would indeed make funds available for use again.My question is dealing with Heloc's, and I don't mean to take the focus away from your scenario @Scott Ellis, but I wonder if using a Heloc has the same effect on your DTI and credit score as any other debt product?
