Is there some sort of criteria or is it just purely objective?

Just from a pure retirement income perspective, that 85% reduced "investment" will still generate 2-3 times the income of 100% going into a traditional account.

It was purely a financial decision.....And I like your attitude about our planet...if everyone would just take personal responsibility for their own footprint.....

Save up the down payment for the next duplex, but it as an owner occupied house, and turn the first into a pure rental.

This first one i am purely purchasing it from him for a good deal, however my end goal is to be the one who holds the properties and have him build and pay him according to a cost plus type contract.
