To play devil's advocate a bit, the disadvantages may be (1) keeping the integrated team busy, having enough in the pipeline to fully utilize your staff and run efficiently all the time, and (2) when the market goes south, and it will, if you employ a lot of people, it's really hard to downsize quickly enough to stay efficient.

Sometimes they will play hardball, in which case, they'll typically agree to give you back your EM if you don't want to move forward.My suggestion is to request a specific amount in concessions and see what they say.

When I have kids I want to be a part of their life every day, go to any event with them, travel the word with them, play with them everyday, wake up and make breakfast for them, come home and make dinner for them and do what we want, when we want.
