@Shane Short the guy wants cash for the property, there’s still lots of property out there so I’m not worried just wanted to know if it made sense to do it happy with the info you pass on I’m always open to council for it can only make me wiser, I’m patiently looking to strike gold with my first asset.

I've found that by being patient and waiting until the first price adjustment (usually around 3 weeks on market) then coming in 3-6% below usually seals the deal.
