We like their use of technology, everybody can be on the same page especially the patient.

I've been doing manual labor since the end of the recession and building/remodeling since, and honestly nothing compares to the satisfaction you can get from building something new or remodeling something ugly and broken.

Retail pricing for a good operating building in a C neighborhood, maybe 25k per door, less if you are patient.

Please be patient before starting your RE journey. 

Sometimes we spend so much time sifting through things we don't want instead of being patient and waiting for the right criteria to hit your inbox. 

Don't get discouraged either, it takes a while to find a deal nowadays so be patient!  

@Shane Short the guy wants cash for the property, there’s still lots of property out there so I’m not worried just wanted to know if it made sense to do it happy with the info you pass on I’m always open to council for it can only make me wiser, I’m patiently looking to strike gold with my first asset.

I've found that by being patient and waiting until the first price adjustment (usually around 3 weeks on market) then coming in 3-6% below usually seals the deal.
