@Ryan Churchill No, it issued by the Clerk Of Court.....essentially they wait until the “10 day right to move to set aside the sale” expires, from the date of the auction.If you search the clerk of court, official records, for document type CT, you’ll see them.

Given the rules the restrictions of those areas I suppose I can see why they would do that ,but if it was me I would let the tenant know Elvis has officially left the building and a new sheriff is in town !
