Willard had some great prices on property last I check and it's only about 20 minutes out of Springfield.Ok....if you want any sort of training, read Robert Shemin's Secrets of a Millionaire Investor and Secrets of a Millionaire Landlord and apply a lot of it to cheap Springfield houses.

once you're well versed in that, pick up another technique to control property.with that being said, the most important skill you can have starting out is getting motivated sellers to call you. all the money and credit lines in the world do know good without a steady stream of leads coming in.

From your context, my best guess is that it some sort of line of credit (LOC).That said, it does not make sense that they would freeze it if you are a good client and paying on time.
