ARE THERE ANY CASH BUYERS ON THIS PLATFORM?????

However, I have been questioned on the use of Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and other digital pay platforms. 

My first mobile home park was built in 1951. 

Ie, they make sections of houses in their factory and crane them in on the final location. all their houses sit on slab to its technically not a "manufactured mobile home", they are usually fast in deployment ( usually 4 to 5 months) but cost wise may not be as cheap as traditional manufactured housing. 

Hello everyone just getting my feet wet with my second post, knowing that this is the best real estate platform for all levels of real estate, just wanted to pick everyone’s brains who has had success in Southern California outside of the Orange County, areas like Bakersfield, Victorville, sun city etc or even in the inland empire as well.

M1 finance is a great platform for long term investors.

I am looking for a platform that leverages technology heavily so that I can self-manage the property efficiently without much time commitment.

So I am thinking if I can put on a used mobile/manufactured home on the lot for rental because it should be much cheaper.

Cement platforms for piers (currently no platforms which is why the piers are sinking and damaged), new piers, and new sill platform where needed (entire north wall needs new sill plate and north part of East wall needs new Sill plate - not sure exactly how far the problem goes). 

I wanted to solve this problem once and for all by reaching out to the Bigger Pockets community and seeing what platforms, techniques, or methods other landlords/PM's use that works for them.
