Are there specific sites or processes to get into the list for  Fort Worth and McKinney to to list your property as a rental for section 8 tenants?

I had never been to her property, all communication between was initiated by her, and I knew it was just a legal method of delaying her eviction.

Once you identify a property you'd like to hold onto, you can initially finance it through a bridge loan and later refinance.

Super easy and clean way to get your initial investment out + some more funds to scale! 

Look at listings, Airbnb rentals, and feedback from locals and tourists to gauge interest in non-traditional properties.

Not to mention, inability to refinance out all of your  initial capital is not merely LTV based.

I plan to initially focus my search for an investment property in that area and would like to get a firm grasp on the management side of things before I dive in looking at properties.I have done a fair bit of Google-fu and can't seem to come up with any hits down that way.
