I still buy the design materials (tile, lights, door knobs) but the basic materials I just have them buy and it's included in the quote.I would just ask the contractor to do the quote whichever way you want it done.

The biggest things still yet to acknowleged by him or finished is a couple of outlets not working, track light not working, and he hasn't given me a key to my mailbox.the electrical I'm not to worried about, though I am hand delivering a notarized letter next week about it, mostly It's the mailbox.
