I'd hop on the phone with a legit property manager like @Mark Ainley since he has a bunch of properties they manage in the area and pick his brain.Personally, I don't think you need to speak with your lender - shouldn't be an issue main thing would be insurance.If need some rehab help in the future...we are happy to help too!!!
