The last year and a half I blew thru $50K on updating 2 properties once the tenant moved out .

If you don't do the homework, you will give them the impression you may not be up to doing the homework with real estate investing.

I love their paints - thick, roll on easy with no spatter, and better prices than Sherwin Williams - and they keep files on all my properties so they can tell me when we last painted X house.

We have been building a nice portfolio in the greater Clarksburg area over the last year and a half.

Versus running down to check we can check on our phones or ipads at home.Technology has really advanced and is more helpful in the last 3 to 4 years.
