New to real estate wholesaling - would love a mentor or advice

Hello everyone,

I'm in the Rhode Island market and would love someone qualified and experienced to help/mentor me into when, how and what do I need to get started. I have a LLC with one property in it's portfolio right now. I want to get into the market and begin adding to my portfolio and passive income. I appreciate anyone out there who can assist or provide there insight with where to get started.
