Do you have the human commitments for the GP side you will need lined up yet (if needed, ie. co-signers, net worth person, asset type and size owner, etc...) (???)

See if you can isolate your 3 phase needs and use an external generator to service that need.Check out the salvage yards, reclaim centers, habitat for humanity centers, goodwill centers, etc.

Not that I hate humanity or anything, but man it's nice to have a spot a little bit away from it all.

Real estate is a lot like an eco-system; you've got your prime-rib eating humans on the top and your maggots on the bottom, but they all have a purpose and they all have opportunity. 

It will also attach a human (you) to the stay even though it will feel a little mechanical when they arrive.

I know that many "hard core" landlords may disagree with me on this, but as someone who has been in those shoes, I prefer to be stern with a human approach.

Real estate transactions or loans are quite dynamic in process and protocols and of course the human element.

Nobody explained about the massive amounts of human, possum, raccoon, cat poop.

What good did the credit report do for this situation.We got burned a few time, but we do very well by evaluating everyone like they are a human being and not we don't call them APPLICANTS.
