I currently am house hacking a residential MF and looking for the most efficient way to achieve my goal.

I am exploring how to make this process more efficient.

I am not sure how to search for decent investment firms or how to do proper due diligence over the team members - if anyone has resources for this as well as firms or sites they recommend I'm all ears.Also, I have a thorough understanding of financials and modeling, but not real estate-specific, and probably need a better understanding of how to verify projection numbers and how to ensure I am doing proper due diligence over large RE deals.

Also I was told that I need to pay annual fee to our state to keep the HOA (corporate) active.Lender told me that I can buy 2 regular DP3 insurance policies each to cover both interior and exterior of each unit only if HOA document allows each unit to ensure on its own.

I’m going to rerun analysis and ensure I’m putting the price in a reasonable spot. 

I'm not a fan of cameras unless they are limited to common areas, fully disclosed to all renters, and always maintained to ensure function.

It is always better to ensure you have equity gain, rather than just getting lucky that the market went up.

After that it all comes down to how well you market the property to ensure you get a top candidate for the right price!
