Inesting in a Syndication

Hi all,

I am looking to invest in a large multifamily syndication as an LP to start investing in RE and was hoping to get some advice on how to properly vet a GP and deal.

I am not sure how to search for decent investment firms or how to do proper due diligence over the team members - if anyone has resources for this as well as firms or sites they recommend I'm all ears.

Also, I have a thorough understanding of financials and modeling, but not real estate-specific, and probably need a better understanding of how to verify projection numbers and how to ensure I am doing proper due diligence over large RE deals. If anyone has any advice for me in this area as well it is much appreciated.

Thank you!
