Disclaimer:  I work for a rent payment service@Nathan Seltzer look into a rent payment service that will process the payments electronically and report the payments to the credit bureaus as I would imagine that may cost less than RentalKharma charges for just reporting payments.

I prefer tenants use electronic payment, so a bank account is needed for that too.I get your point that some people do not have bank accounts, but that is more common on C or D properties with lower rent/income situations.
