We've definitely seen some of this happening in our industry already (MLS systems finally going digital instead of being printed as an example, Airbnb/VRBO disrupting hotels, or 3D video tours/remote closings/touch-less transactions as another more recent development), but I feel like we're due for something BIG that will really disrupt the industry in a profound way.

Other factors that separate our growing economy from others is tourism, military presence, and our booming AI/bio tech careers.Appreciation on an already higher priced asset (SD Real Estate) relative to the rest of the country will yield far larger returns on your investment over time than increasing cash flow.
