Social Media Marketing, Any Results

How many are actually attracting sellers or lenders online. I have attracted other investors or buyers from my Social Media. Even an out of  the country investor  who wants a second home and wants to pay cash.

But so far not ONE seller or Hard Money lender. So it made me wonder what do the seasoned investors use Social Media for?

How much time do you invest in Social Media?

Should I think I will attract any sellers online?

Fantastic for marketing and leadgen, wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole for financing/lending. 100% of the contacts I've made on any social media platform has been a company trying to take money or commit some type of crime.
