Hey @Grant Speer, We offer property management for condos up here in CT and generally ( I know this is going to sound crazy coming from a property manager) it isn't worth it for the consumer**.

We need legislation help to protect us and the consumers. 

@Jorge Rivera With 26 million plus Americans out of work right now, the U.S. consumer sentiment hitting its lowest since the recession of 08' and banks tighten up on lending requirements.

Its pretty unfair but hopefully they can include that in the next PPP installment if any since there are a lot of us losing income from rent and expenses and not opting out in paying the mortgage.

You can see how this could consume much or all of the RE appreciation on such a short term hold.

Agenting is time consuming and costly, especially when only doing transactions 1-2 times a year.  

We do usually use cash purchases for cheaper properties, but with this one getting close to 1 Mil we are opting for the bank loans. 

One VA loan for one consumer (marriage being the exception here) for one property that is between 1 and 4 units.  

Sorry, you may also want to investigate if DST’s can consume some of it.
