I'm guessing I can't be the only one...How do people find comfort in knowing the interest payments, over time, could even exceed the original value of the loan?

Now you are going to pay for your inaction.They have to claim the service animal while they live there, which they didn't, so that part will not stand up in court.

The unit I want to occupy has 3 people living in it, when is it safe to give them a notice to vacate and does anyone have a template for this?

However one thing I didn't anticipate was, while the aged sewer line could easily hand two people living in the property, when my tenants moved in and when the load on the sewer system went to five people, it couldn't keep up.Turns out the line had been damaged over time (orangeburg pipe) and was too narrow, so I had to pay to get it replaced. 

I couldn’t imagine telling my attorney that my property manager doesn’t feel comfortable sharing notices and material communication to me.

They are the only member of your team on the ground that doesn’t earn their living off of transactions.
