I've always been buying stainless appliances because that seems to still be the "hot" item these days, although I know some people still buy them in black, white or whatever color as well.

One way to help you is contact local shops for major items to find out how much they are.. $2/ft installed for inexpensive laminate flooring.

I would attend the first time without any preparation and highlight all the important items that the instructor tells you to highlight.

Heat is the one item that pushes you over the top to make it too expensive to work.

But I think you probably typed it in a hurry, and so I would suggest two little add/change items (in bold) 37 year old father of 2 boys.

what happens if say you send a guy to live with someone, and the guy you sent as "roommate" steals an expansive item?

I'm curious to know how old the HVAC and other big ticket items are.
