Just think about how many Retirees there are right now with no mortgages who are house rich and cash poor who need Income. or just want to move closer to the kids.

When it comes to financial legislation, I don't take the advice of rich people lightly.

I got interested in realestate/investing in high school after reading several great books - Rich dad poor dad, The millionaire next store etc...

If you have a rich relative that would loan you 650K @ 1% 30 year fixed this could work.
