Third, an AMMR is very common, especially when its comes to proposing new materials or methods when it comes to fire safety.

Before purchasing anything make sure the following criteria are met; a)is it properly zoned for your needs. b) is the “dirt” suitable to support the buildings - obtain accurate soil borings and procure a topographical and platt of survey c) determine if detention areas are required, necessary fire safety access roads, suitable septic/well areas d) make sure the land has never been home to any toxic dumping or environmentally questionable materials e) easy access to utilities.  

It's important to know that your math is never going to be 100% spot on so giving yourself a margin for safety is recommended.

Families who just need to GET AWAY feel comfortable with the safety, privacy, and (hopefully) cleanliness they can find in a rental.

(In mortgage calculations I also took out HOA, Utilities, A month of not having a tenant, and $500 for repair safety).
