In my opinion Lexington is generally a safe city no matter where you are, however most of the money resides outside of city limits (grandiose horse farms, "old" money, bourbon fortunes, etc.).Saying Lexington has a bad part of town is kinda like saying you had a bad day on the mountain; might not be bluebird powder but you're still skiing!

How do you handle a seller objection when you are discussing a lease option or seller financing when the seller wants to know if you, the investor, can provide a pre-qualified letter to show you can actually afford the payments, because they are actually leasing or selling to you?

I live in hagerstown md i already went to court told the judge i agree with what i owe he said had 4 days pay up or landlord contunue the process i paid most the rebt but the 4 th day was fri apr the 14 im sure labdlord preceded back to court to get cobstable to evict ill have the rest what i owe on apr the 21 st anyine know if or how quick the cibstable shows up after the court date abd 4 days to pay will i get a notuce when there coming to evict i hope so and i hope i have to atleast the 21 st
