Why do Redfin REO's have two prices?

I've noticed this a lot lately. For example, a house will be listed on Redfin for 157k, but the description says listing price is 238k. Is it worth submitting offers at that lower price? Here's an example https://www.redfin.com/MA/Scituate/31-Common-St-02066/home/16436749
