I'm a newish I investor in Fort Worth, TX area looking for a project manager that offers and end-to-end renovation service.

Virginia members:We recently acquired a property for a rehab project that has tenants in it.

also how the other partner will get paid and how much like hourly or as a project based fee , etc...????

I've only done basic analysis of a bunch of properties in nassau and none met my criteria of 10% COC return.

I've either self financed all of my projects or secured traditional mortgages.

I have a solid group of contractors and subcontractors I can be in touch with for projects. 

However, just for purely deal analysis purposes based on the amount of gross income, I'd like to know what you'd pay for it.
