They will motivate and push you to purchase 40k in classes - I don't recommend that - but sit in and learn some basic information.

Hopefully, you're a motivated enough of an individual to make those activities worth while, effective and efficient.

I've not read any of his scribbles and had only known of him as a talking head on the Guru circuit - primarily after he was in the news over financial difficulties he was having at the time.Anything that motivates folks to put down the cheetos, get off the couch and do something to better their future has some merit.

This would add time to achieving the final outcome as expected in order to go to court and make or defend the case as needed.  

so say you approach a potential motivated seller to buy their house and relieve them of their financial issue (cant make payment, etc). 

The excited "I just achieved a goal" feeling did come a little later when we were toasting with a great drink that evening.

Hi,I read  that one place to find motivated sellers is the court house... finding burnout landlord at the court house when they do the evictions.Does anyone have experience with that?

As a wholesaler I have met quite a few people and helped them achieved some goals.
