For this size of a home, I could gut the entire inside, redo the plumbing to copper, add HVAC, and all new everything inside, plus new windows and doors for around $50k-$55k depending on finish choices.Adding another bath - costs depend on if you are converting existing square footage to add the bath or adding square footage to add the bath.

We came up with the realization that since both of the bathrooms were rather small, especially the master (which used to be a jack-and-jill but I closed the other entrance off to make a master suite) that we could go a little bit more higher end because there wasn't much square footage.
