If you see a little orange pill container with a white cap in their kitchen would you have a right to verify that it was property prescribed by a doctor?

We found quite a deal in East Orange that was close to transportation but a few days later that property turned out to be under contract.

I looked at one really nice complex in the middle of an orange grove, about 40 minutes from anything - not kidding. 

The Orange County Housing Authority website is thin on information for landlords but the people I've talked to have all been super nice and willing to answer questions. www.orangeha.comI'm not angling for immediate rent increases - just trying to plan out what to/not to do.  

I was just wondering if anyone had a positive experience with an asbestos contractor in Orange County who does a quality job.

A complete search is going to include some phone calls, even if the property is in Orange County, Florida (Orlando and area) which is an amazing resource; other counties are a nightmare to work through.  

I'm currently looking to acquire property in Vermont and also the Port Orange, FL area where my mother and stepfather live. 

The orange big box store sells a brand new water saving toilet for $30. 1.28 gal per flush.

Personal use and trafficking are on totally opposite ends of the spectrum and wouldn't ever be looked at in the same light, that's an "apples to oranges" comparison..
