Texas Section 8 questions

I'm about to enter into a contract on a property that's currently rented to Section 8 tenants.

This will be my first Sec8 rental property -

Is there a "standard" lease typically used with Sec8 tenants or is the TAR lease suitable?

What do I need to do to switch the payment from the housing authority from the current owner to me when we close?

Can anyone point me to any good reading material on dealing with Sec8 properties and/or tenants in Texas?

Any other advice? Pointers?

Thanks!
