That is what yours will probably look like.You will probably experience more drama in rent payments, but that isn't guaranteed.  

And if I sell it why does it make more sense in the long run, and at what price should I sell it for if it’s appraised for less than I bought it with current market.

I somehow missed that in my original reading, but it immediately struck me when I returned. 

I’m aware there’s more moving parts than this and I’m sure there’s some things I didn’t think about.

If they’re doing it for dirt cheap and gave great service, I’m a lot more likely to give them a “bonus” than if they charged me full rate and took a long time to get to the worksite.I don’t think there’s a hard and fast rule on anything, but if you want them to treat you well, you need to treat them well (pay when asked, provide meals for him/her and their crew, be flexible when you can, pay extra, etc.).   

I am seeing a lot more clients investing in the Vegas thing, and I tend to watch trends so I am always curious why investors are moving to certain areas.
